I have not been very consistent with my blogging in the past for many reasons, I will list the major ones now @ promise to be more productive in the future.
My wonderful Wife has suffered from some serious medical problems for most of 08 & 09 @ required lots of assistance & attention. She has recovered successfully & is in excellent health now, Thank God.
My Wife @ I got caught up in the Real Estate bubble burst. We purchased our dream home in 2006 with a 5 yr Int only loan. We put over 50% of the purchase price down with the intention of reverse mortgaging the home in 2010. However by the end of 2008 our home was worth less than the mortgage amount, no reverse mortgage possible. So with that being said! Do We continue with the original plan until mid 2010 Praying that house values return or Short Sell the House. We short sold.. We have just entered escrow on a more modest home & take possession on January 15 2010 with NO MORTGAGE!
I will continue Blogging mostly on Politics & the WONDERFULLY ROTTEN JOB THIS PRESIDENT, ALONG WITH CONGRESS ARE DOING!!! I will blog from a Conservative Point of View, at this point there is"NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DEMOCRATS & REPUBLICANS in WASHINGTON D.C.".
